Tips for your visit
To help provide your pets with a visit that is safe and as stress-free as possible, we recommend the following:
- All dogs should be on a leash. For those dogs that do not do well with other dogs, please let us know in advance and we make special arrangements for you and your pet.
- All cats should be in an appropriate carrier.
- All exotics should be in an appropriate carrier. It is often helpful to cover the cage with a towel or sheet to minimize stress. It is also helpful on cold days to have your car preheated before transport.
Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are performed and before an animal’s release from the hospital. For animals that are hospitalized an estimate will be discussed with you and a 50% deposit is required. We accept credit cards, Care Credit, ScratchPay and cash.
